Shipping Policy

We arrange delivery for lunch boxes, bottles, food storage, bags, and related accessories where a service is offered at checkout. Available destinations, charges, and any qualifying free-shipping offer are displayed before the order is placed.

Two stages of delivery

After successful payment authorization, normal order preparation takes about 1–2 business days. Once the parcel is dispatched, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. The two periods are separate estimates, not a promise of arrival on a particular date; weekends, holidays, and carrier disruptions can change timing.

Address and tracking

Please check the delivery address, email, and telephone number during checkout. When tracking becomes available, we share the carrier update using the order contact details. Some addresses or services may be unavailable, and checkout determines the options for a particular order.

Problems in transit

If tracking stalls, a parcel is lost, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, write to sukefasige390@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking number if issued, and any useful package photos. We may need the carrier to investigate before resolving a delivery exception.
